Vision
Fieldstone Ventures is and will be the centre for adult lifelong learning in the Northwest Interlake. It will provide flexible yet effective learning opportunities in order to facilitate achievement of the learner's personal, academic, professional and employment dreams with dignity and respect. It will also be responsive to the needs of the local labour market by maintaining relationships with businesses, communities, and government departments. Fieldstone Ventures will bring all that together in order to raise the level of education and skills as well as confidence and self respect for the people of the Northwest Interlake. This will increase individual employability, raise the skill level of the labour force, and thereby improve the standard of living for the whole region.
